It must attract the right type of potential customer, focus your resources on the right ones, nurture them till they are ready to “BUY NOW”, get you face to face at the right time and enable you to conduct great sales interviews to get all the sales your business needs.


A sales machine is built with skills, processes, content, content, people and concepts and carefully tuned to your business and marketplace. Typically you need a blend of sales and marketing skills which include market analysis, competitor analysis, branding, campaign planning, communication, listening, presentation, negotiation, objection handling and closing.


It’s essential to work out how your business is going to ease potential customers through each step on their journey to becoming your customer. The more comfortable you make it, the more likely you are to sell. The more you seem to be talking their language and tacking their problems, the better.

There is a temptation to try to attract everyone; Why wouldn’t you want everyone to be attracted to your business? The sad truth is, if you try to appeal to everyone, you won't appeal to anyone. It's much better to be very attractive to fewer people and far more likely to result in success.
